Interview with Bee

JM: How many different blocks were there?
Bee: The women had 2 blocks that have NO WINDOWS at all. Our blocks C & D and the only difference is that one side has cells and the other side a group living community.

JM: Did they have names? If so, what were they?
Bee: They had names but I forgot their names.

JM: Which inmates were housed in the different blocks?
Bee: Inmates that had children or sucked up the most could go to the open area block which was supposed to be a privilege. I had a cousin that was an inmate on that side and she got me over there but I chose to go back to my cell on the other side.

JM: What do you remember being the nicest and worst parts about the different blocks?
Bee: In block C of course the freedom to move around is a great thing but that is what the worse was for me. I don't like big groups of people so that made me nervous and paranoid. I liked Block D because I sat in my cell all day.
